  Well I think that is so wonderful to hear that you have been overwhelmed with plenty of ministry work for the Lord, I know that you are problaby worn out by now but try to count it all for joy and to continue to strive towards not being weary in well doing , by asking the Lord to strengthen you as you press your mark of your high calling , I am so glad to hear from you , I am doing fine , I have been conditioning my body for the Lord for 4 weeks now by exercising 5 days a week and I will continue that for another 3 weeks because I will be participating in an african dance conference in the second week of November to keep up my african dance skills up so I can work on new dances to edify our Lord . My dance expertise is in african movement.
