Explanation: this was a very special event for me because I had a knee replaced a year ago and this was the very first time I'd felt capable of doing the flags again since. Including the lay off before the op, I hadn't lifted a flag for over two years! I called this my "resurrection". But I'm not usually so rooted to the spot like that. The song was somewhat modest and contemplative and didn't call for a lot of activity! Just in case you wondered . . . . . .
