The American Italian Cancer Foundation's Mobile Care Clinic will be available at the Pink & White Affair Cancer Awareness Prayer Brunch on Saturday, September 6, 2014. They will provide NO COST DIGITAL MAMMOGRAMS & CLINICAL BREAST EXAMS. No co-pay required and deductibles are waived.
Eligibility:
Women ages 40 & older with health insurance
Women ages 50 and older without health insurance
Current New York City residents
No mammogram in the past 12 months
Medical Services provided by Multi-Diagnostic Services
