Greetings!!
Dancing Preachers is quickly approaching and we have a few committees that can take on more volunteers. If your travel and registration plans are now confirmed and you have a heart to serve in one of the following areas, please reply to this post and one of the committee leaders will get in contact with you.
Hospitality Committee - ushers, greeters, exhibit hall/lobby monitors
Classroom monitors - assist facilitators with classroom needs, ensure the order and timeliness of the class
Decorating Committee - assist with set up and breakdown of the pageantry and decorating of the sanctuary (assist with draping, cutting fabric, prop displays, pinning, taping, measuring, etc) under the direction of the committee leads
Transportation Committee - volunteer van services for local groups (shelters, youth, etc)
Security Committee - oversee the safe flow of foot traffic in the exhibit halls, lobby.
First Aid Committee - be available onsite for any urgent first aid needs. CPR certified individuals, nurses, medical assistants, home health aides, etc.
