1 Corinthians 12:5 ~ There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.
Samson did not love Delilah in inviting her into prayer with him and the reality that God did not release him to reveal his anointing and how his parents did not approve of the marriage is what also caused his blindness. He loved her according to the Hebrew, but he never was led by God share the intimacy that God shared with him.
A true wife will be led by God through the husband to be just as intimate with the Father in the way the Father draws that man to Himself.

Think of it this way, Jesus (without quoting exactly ~ paraphrasing), "I no longer call you servants, but friends...and I tell you everything that the Father has shown me." It is the same of the Holy Spirit. | Ruth & Boaz ~
[Samson was not instructed to do this (share his anointing); but a true marriage In Christ WILL and both WILL SHARE their anointing = Ruth, Esther ~ the woman is received]; There are depths of marriages through which God does eternal things. [Some men will be shown supernaturally, such as Mary getting pregnant broke God's customs of the day, and Joseph did not recognize her assignment until the angels showed up!] However Joseph is not the only one in the Bible to experience this ....

Proverbs 7: | Orthodox Study Bible ~
2 ...honor the Lord, and you shall be strong, and fear none other but Him.
5 Say that wisdom is your sister, and gain discernment as a friend for yourself,
6 So they may keep you from a strange and evil woman, if she comes at you with flattering words. 9 And she speaks ... 10 And the woman meets him ... She makes the heart of young men throb. 11 She is excited ... and her feet do not rest at home. 12 ... she is outside roaming about, and another time she is in the streets near every corner laying a trap. 13 Then laying hold of him {no weakess, do not let her lay a strong hold on you}, she kisses him, and with a shameless face she says ... {my add in | whatever she says, it's not worth it! Keep going ... her ideas will ruin you men, but here is what the Bible says she will say} 15 "...longing for your face, I found you; 16 I spread my bed with sheets and covered it with tapestry from Egypt. {blah, blah} 21 So she leads him {but} astray with much conversation, and with snares from her lips {ideas} she compels. 22 And being cajoled, he follows her {not wisdom and discernment, a true sister In Christ} As an ox {a hard worker} is led to the slaughter 23 And as a dog {obedient, trusting, dependent on the master's food} to bonds {watch where your soul is joined to another ~ mind (agreeing either naturally (flesh) or by faith (obedience to God), will (choosing the love of Christ) and emotions (the point of this post)}, or as a deer struck with an arrow ... 24 ...not knowing he runs for his life. 26 Do not let your heart {no weakness} turn aside to her ways, for she wounded and cast down many, and those whom she slew are innumerable; 27 Her house is the road to Hades, leading down to the chambers of death {not a place where a knight in the kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ will be!}
Proverbs 10:22 | Orthodox
~ The lips of righteous men understand lofty things, but men without discernment die in want.
Proverbs 8:1-3 | Orthodox
You shall proclaim wisdom that discernment may obey you; 2 For she is on the lofty summit and stands in the midst of the paths. 3 For she sits beside the gates of princes and sings at the entrances {watch O prince that at the gates of the kingdom she sits and waits to lead you astray so that you can not go through. Gate |
Gen 28:12-22 ~ 12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. 13 And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: "I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. 14 Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. 15 Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you." 16 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, "Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it." 17 And he was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!" 18 Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put at his head, set it up as a pillar, and poured oil on top of it. 19 And he called the name of that place Bethel; but the name of that city had been Luz previously. 20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, "If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on, 21 so that I come back to my father's house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God. 22 And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God's house, and of all that You give me I will surely give a tenth to You."

Jesus the Ultimate Door | John 10
1 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. 5 Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers." 6 Jesus used this illustration, but they did not understand the things which He spoke to them. 7 Then Jesus said to them again, "Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. 12 But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. 13 The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd. 17 Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. 18 No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father." 19 Therefore there was a division again among the Jews because of these sayings. 20 And many of them said, "He has a demon and is mad. Why do you listen to Him?" 21 Others said, "These are not the words of one who has a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?" 22 Now it was the Feast of Dedication in Jerusalem, and it was winter. 23 And Jesus walked in the temple, in Solomon's porch. 24 Then the Jews surrounded Him and said to Him, "How long do You keep us in doubt? If You are the Christ, tell us plainly." 25 Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me. 26 But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. 30 I and My Father are one." 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. 32 Jesus answered them, "Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?" 33 The Jews answered Him, saying, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God." 34 Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, "You are gods" '? 35 If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), 36 do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'? 37 If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me; 38 but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the Father is in Me, and I in Him." 39 Therefore they sought again to seize Him, but He escaped out of their hand. 40 And He went away again beyond the Jordan to the place where John was baptizing at first, and there He stayed. 41 Then many came to Him and said, "John performed no sign, but all the things that John spoke about this Man were true." 42 And many believed in Him there.
