PraiseWorks Health and Wellness is a faith based organization that focuses on on the Total Wellness of the mindm body and spirits with a focus on holistic practices and fitness.
PraiseWorks roots are in Praise Dance. I have been in Praise Dance for 12 years, dance overall for 44 years, and professiionally dancing as a Praise Dancer for over 12 years. It has been a wonderful faith walk and journey which has landed me with my own company that focuses on getting women healthy.
I would love to share more with any of you who are intersted in the various health and wellness coaching we offer, as well as the workshops, seminars, and event all centered around honoring our temples and getting our health in order,
