- Your assignments carry through each event, project and assignment that we do. Create templates at the Executive level so that whomever the local person is fulfilling that role at a workshop, etc can send a report in to you.
- Dancing Preachers - Sons of Zodak, New Coordinators and new Potential Coordinators will all graduate and be recognized during this years conference. We are looking for 125 more new coordinators to serve in their communities. Join your faith with us to train and mentor more leaders. Share through the social media outlets.

Re: NEW and Existing Coordinators Leadership Training
Objective: Participants will be able to identify necessary tools to maintain their chapter goals. Each participant will be able to recite areas goals in alignment with IDC’s vision and purpose. Participants in attendance will be able to understand the proper growth and functionality of their specific role within the International Dance Commission.
Training Requirements: an electronic journal { broken down into six discussion topics) at the conclusion of each topic; submit final drafts, computer, and every second & third Monday of every month for one hour for the next twelve weeks.
